A: If you haven’t already, insert your Lexar High-Speed Mobile microSDHC card into your mobile phone to allow the phone to configure your card with the proper folders for videos, music, and photos. IMPORTANT: Do not format the card. Properly remove the card from your phone and insert it into the included Lexar USB card reader, and insert the reader into the USB port of your computer.
